Stone Scooter Club helped bring more than 100 scooters together at Stone Boat Yard for this year’s Fuel & Flavour fundraiser, alongside a strong turnout of classic cars, all in aid of the Stone Alzheimer’s Club.
The event raised an impressive £867, enough to help cover around two months of the club’s running costs. It’s a result that shows, once again, how the scooter scene can turn out in force when there’s a worthwhile cause behind it.
Stone Alzheimer’s Club has been supporting people living with Alzheimer’s and dementia, along with their carers, for the past 19 years, providing a regular place to meet, chat and find a bit of support.

Stone Scooter Club, founded in 2013, continues to welcome all makes of scooter and has built a reputation for regular ride-outs, rally support and charity fundraising. The club meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 8pm at The Bridge in Stone, and welcomes new members, visiting clubs and solo riders alike.
