Merlin has announced the new Aero Mesh Riding Shirt as part of its Spring/Summer 2026 Collection.
Designed for warm weather riding, the Aero Mesh Riding Shirt combines the everyday appeal of a military-inspired overshirt with the airflow riders expect from dedicated mesh motorcycle kit.

Aimed at riders looking for lightweight comfort without compromising on protection, the Aero Mesh uses contrast static panels and expansive breathable mesh to help keep airflow high when temperatures rise.

The shirt is CE EN17092 Level AA certified and includes D3O® Diablo shoulder and elbow armour. According to Merlin, D3O® Diablo armour has 40% less surface area than LP1 and is half the weight. The Aero Mesh also includes a pocket to fit a D3O® back protector.
The Aero Mesh Riding Shirt uses 750D Korean-sourced polyester static panels with highly breathable Korean-sourced laser-cut mesh panels, along with a fixed breathable mesh liner. It also features a multiple-pocket construction, with internal and external pocket options.
Available in Black, Dark Grey or Navy, in sizes S to 5XL, the Aero Mesh Riding Shirt has an RRP of £159.99.
The Aero Mesh Riding Shirt is now available from Merlin retailers and forms part of a wider range of Spring/Summer 2026 riding garments, gloves, boots and helmets from Merlin.
